Lucille Street & Pathway Upgrade
Description
The purpose of the project is to improve Lucille Street and pathway from Spruce Street to Schrock Road, including resurfacing, drainage, and adding a turn lane at Tanaina Elementary. The location is shown below in red.

Benefits
The purpose is to reduce traffic congestion, enhance pedestrian and vehicle safety, increase transportation system reliability, and provide transportation choices for residents.
Phase 1 resurfaced Lucille Street from Seldon north to Schrock.
Phase 2 will improve drainage, add a turn lane at Tanaina Elementary, and improve the pathway from Seldon to Spruce.
Cost
Phase 2 estimate: $8,900,000.
